– Une demande manuscrite timbrée au tarif réglementaire, adressée au Directeur de l’ENSAHV/ a handwritten application stamped at the statutory rate, addressed to the Director of ENSAHV;

-Une photocopie certifiée conforme de l’acte de naissance datant de moins de trois mois/A certified true photocopy of birth certificate not older than three months;

-Un certificat médical d’aptitude aux études universitaires délivré par un médecin de l’administration publique/A medical certificate issued by a state medical practitioner;
-Deux enveloppes A4 timbrées à 1500 F CFA (timbre-poste) chacune portant noms et adresse du candidat/Two A4 size self-addressed envelopes bearing a 1500 CFA F postal stamp;
-Cinq photos d’identité 4 x 4 identiques portant chacune le nom du candidat/Five (5) recent passport size photographs with candidates names written behind;
– Une autorisation formelle à se présenter au concours, délivrée par le MINFOPRA ou par l’autorité administrative habilitée, pour les candidats fonctionnaires ou agents de l’État/ a formal authorization to enter the competition, issued by MINFOPRA or by the authorized administrative authority, for candidates civil servants or agents of the State ;
-Un reçu de versement bancaire de la somme de 20 000 F CFA payable à UBA au compte n°10033 05214 140160 00004-94 de l’Institut des Sciences Halieutiques devenu Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Agronomie, d’Halieutique et de Médecine Vétérinaire (ENSAHV)/A twenty thousand (20 000) F CFA bank receipt being examination fees payable at the UBA account N°10033 05214 140160 00004-94 of Institute of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences, now the National High School of Agronomy, Halieutic and Veterinary Medicine (ENSAHV).
